Welcome to FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our streaming platform and services. By accessing or using RenegadeTV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use RenegadeTV.

2. Service Description

FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV provides users with:

• Live access to major sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, and more)
• Tens of thousands of on-demand movies and TV shows
• All content accessible for a flat annual fee
• No additional subscriptions required

We are not affiliated with, nor do we claim ownership of, any third-party content providers such as Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, etc.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the platform or software
• Use the service for unlawful or malicious purposes
• Share your access credentials beyond your own household

4. Payments & Refunds

All FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV services are billed as a one-time annual payment. There is no monthly billing.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with RenegadeTV, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

Beyond 7 Days: After the 7-day window, all payments are final and non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

• Your account credentials were never delivered, and this issue remains unresolved after you've contacted support
• You received incorrect account credentials, and the issue remains unresolved after you've contacted support

These exceptions apply only while the issue is unresolved. If our support team corrects a credentials issue (delivers the missing login, issues the correct access, etc.), the issue is considered resolved and no longer qualifies for a refund under this section. To request a refund, please contact [email protected] within a reasonable time of noticing the issue.

5. Content Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable and up-to-date experience, content availability may change without notice due to licensing updates or third-party changes.

We recommend users refresh their apps daily for the best performance and access.

6. Children & Parental Controls

FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV includes a dedicated Kids & Family section. Parental controls are available and should be configured by parents/guardians as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, user interface, and branding elements are the property of FlowStack LLC dba RenegadeTV. Third-party content belongs to their respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
